The majority of our business is in Ireland, but we also work with key clients in the UK.
Version 1 has been providing Managed Services as a dedicated line of business since 1999 and we currently provide up to 24*7 mission critical support and maintenance services to 140+ organisations in Ireland and the UK. Our Managed Services are provided through a dedicated practice employing over 100+ ITIL Certified support professionals.
In addition to providing a full range of remote, onsite and emergency support services covering all key application, database and infrastructure technologies, we provide additional services including ITIL consulting, Service Desk management and IT and Business Process Outsourcing.
