itSMF Board

The current itSMF Ireland Board members are as follows:

Colm O'Shea
(Chair)

Colm is European Support Services Manager at Irish Life/Canada Life. He holds a BSc (Hons) from Trinity College, Dublin, in Business and IT, and IT and Financial Services. colm.oshea@itsmf.ie

Susan Toland
(Vice Chair)

Currently the Service Engagement lead within the Technology Operations SIAM team at AIB. Susan has over 20 years' experience in Service Management and Project Management across financial services and telecoms sectors. She holds ITILv3, ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant/Auditor and PRINCE2 qualifications.

Padraig Farrell

Padraig Farrell has been working in the IT industry for over30 years. In that time he has worked in software development, project management and service management. His particular interest is in service management and is a member of the management committee of itSMF Ireland. Among his qualifications is an MSc in Project Management from the Smurfit business school UCD.

Brid McGrath

Service account manager at ESP Global services, with over 20 years service management experience primarily in Operations, CSI and service Delivery Management. Brid holds a BSc(Hons) in IT from DCU and most recently qualified to ITIL Expert level.

Caroline Feeney

Currently the IT Capacity Manager in AIB with 20 years’ experience in Service Management across Financial Services. Caroline holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from DIT and a BSc in Computing from LYIT. Caroline also holds ITILv3 qualifications and a Teachers Diploma in Information Communication Technology.

Noel Keleghan

Noel Keleghan has been working in the IT Department of the Department of Education and Skills for over 5 years. Noel holds a BSc in Information Technology and an MSc in Management of Information’s Systems and Strategy both from DCU. Noel hold’s five ITIL intermediate qualifications and has a very keen interest in the area of service management.

David Reilly

David is a managing partner in Client Solutions and is responsible for their IT Service and Operations Management Division. David has over 20 years’ experience in Service Management working with large Irish and International companies to implement ITSM/ITOM solutions, delivering success through simplification, integration and automation. He currently holds the ITIL v3 Expert and ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant qualifications.

Karen Jago

Currently the Digital Transformation Manager in PTSB with over 13 years experience in Service Management across various Financial services including BPO (Outsourcing) and Banking. Karen received the ITIL MALC qualification in December 2019 and also holds a BSC in Business from UCD.

Aidan Walsh

Aidan Walsh FICS, CITP & Principal Consultant with Quantum Service Management. With over 30 years experience, Aidan specialises in Service Management, Project Management & IT Governance consultancy & training. He works with many public and private sector technology clients on implementing and improving their processes and operating models. A Fellow of the ICS, a Certified IT Professional, a member of the management committee of itSMF Ireland, some of his qualifications include certified ITIL trainer, PRINCE2 trainer, COBIT & ISO20000.
