Event News - Excellent Attendance at ISO/IEC 20000 Event		 24/03/2010
Ian Whyte Bishops Beech Limited, Conor Patterson BT and Derek McCullagh AIB delivered very informative presentations on the ISO/IEC 20000 standard including the itSMF Certification Scheme and the benefits to be achieved from certification.
