Event News - ITSM Performance Improvement in ESB Presentation a great success		 20/01/2010
Kathleen Rigney and John Cunningham from ESB delivered an excellent presentation about the journey their ICT Department has taken to improve their performance using best practice processes for an IT Department.

They very clearly articulated the objectives of the Performance Improvement Programme, their approach to the project, their achievements, the challenges they faced and the lessons they learned from the experience.
