itSMF International has developed some policies for authors and presenters which can be viewed at itSMFI

Capacity Management and the Cloud

We are pleased to announce our next event which will take place at the Camden Court Hotel, Camden Street, Dublin 2 on Thursday 2 February 2012.

Our chairman, Derek McCullagh will give an overview of our achievements in 2011 and outline our plans for 2012.

Our guest speaker is Danny Quilton from Capacitas who will be presenting on Capacity Management and the Cloud.


Over the past few years the growth of cloud computing, mobile devices, and social networking has rapidly changed not only the way that organisations deliver IT but also how technologically savvy customers and stakeholders want to interact with the organisation.

Danny Quilton will be discussing how organisations are dealing with both the opportunities and challenges posed by the Cloud and other technologies. Danny is an acknowledged expert in this field and has headlined at many top seminars and events.
