Welcome to the Irish Chapter of the IT Service Management Forum

The itSMF is the only truly independent and internationally-recognised forum for IT Service Management professionals worldwide. This not-for-profit organisation is a prominent player in the on-going development and promotion of IT Service Management Best Practice, standards and qualifications and has been since 1991

Our objectives are to:

New owner for ITIL and the BMP Portfolio 26/04/2013

SERVICE TRANSITION - CHARITY EVENT

We are pleased to announce our next event which will take place at the Landsdowne Rugby Club, Landsdowne Road, Dublin 4 on Thursday 20 June 2013.

This is a charity event with all proceeds going to our nominated charity for 2013 - The Children's Hospice LauraLynn House.

Our guest speakers are Stuart Rance, Author, Service Transition 2011 Edition and Danny Tangney & Elias Escobedo-Baez from Vodafone Ireland.
